• Ensured that the construction supervision of the relevant discipline aspects of the project, such as, the design documents, project requirements, and industry standards were implemented correctly during construction and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate to Set up site office, organize resources, and supervision of project team including HSE, cost control and monitoring, document control procedures, and assign responsibilities.
• Managing the successful fulfillment of contractual commitments by contractors and project teams, as well as vigilantly monitoring project progress, work quality, and any modifications to the design and construction.

• Coordinated & established comprehensive Project Execution plan, Health and safety, and Project Quality Plans, and closely monitored site staff performance.
• Make sure all required permits from all governmental agencies are in place, valid, and posted on site before beginning work.
• Evaluate, validate, and adopt appropriate construction techniques, quality control procedures, continuous improvement measures, Safety procedures, project quality, and safety audit schedules.
• Monitoring Contractor's submittals such as Material Approval Requests, RAMS, Inspection Test Plans, Acceptance test plans (ATP), Inspection requests, RFI and provide timely responses.
• Conduct work progress/safety meetings between the Engineer and the Contractor; attend other regular meetings with Client Executive Management, as and when necessary.
• Collaborated with QS, and all disciplines, and recommended monthly Internal payment certificates (IPC), VO claims, change orders submitted by the Contractor, contract insurance, Bonds, and Advance payment.
• Ensure that the construction contract requirements are fully complied with by the contractor, and ensure contractor adherence to FIDIC-based contracts.
• Coordinate with all Stakeholders, necessary correspondence(s), and participate in generating solutions to all technical issues on site.
• Supervise preparing documentation control procedure, proper taking Over & closing out documentation on all aspects as required.

Review the MEP drawings, reports, documents submitted by the design consultants, contractor at each RIBA stage to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Procurer requirements, scope of work, standards, and agreements requirements.
Carry out a constructability review during the RIBA stages.
Review on time the design consultant, contractor submittals and preparing document review comments issued through the engineering manager to seller for compliance.
Ensure the design consultant, contractor incorporate the comments raised from previous RIBA stages.

• Managed & supervised a complete team of 12 senior professionals across the disciplines.
• Value Engineering Cost and Time Saving: Achieved Approximately 1.5 % reduction in budgeted cost to the employer by resolving scope gaps from dilapidation and outstanding works, recommended contractors for recovery execution program, and corrected BOQ discrepancies in quantification as per the scope of works.
• Detected & solved Design issues, revamped as per project requirements wherever necessary. Supervised, and delivered project work in line with schedules and controlled cost.
• Achieved safe energization of Electrical Systems within stipulated time, by validating Testing and commissioning procedures and monthly reports, weekly reports.

Reported to the project director and was responsible for overall directions such as coordination, execution, quality assurance, Materials & drawings documentation, weekly progress meetings, monthly progress reports, communication with stakeholders, project control & monitoring, and utility network connections.
Completed project works as per relevant technical aspects strictly complied with Conditions of Contract and technical requirements. Ensured the codes and references compliance during engineering and construction, accordingly, updated the project documents, project monthly reports, weekly reports, and implemented actions at the site.
Ensure preparation and implementation of the testing and commissioning (ATP) plan, as-built drawings, handover documents, etc., and follow up with the procurement department.
Supervised planners to prepare the resource loading and monitor work activities to achieve project-established progress goals, and to generate reports as needed such as Time & cost and earned Value.
