Overall Responsibilities Include:
Drive initiatives and contribute to organizational planning with companies GM to achieve operational excellence.
Execute short & long term strategies & plans which can improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance).
Improve coordination and communication between support and business functions and work on business growth.
Supervise and coach operation manager and team.
Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing etc. Oversee organizational insurance policies.
Role in Sales & Marketing:
Analyze sales goals, sales team performance & sales reports.
Conduct customer surveys & develop relationships with existing and new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails to generate further business.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations / proposals.
Gathering market and customer information to explore new business opportunities for the company.
Working on products special promotions.
Role in HR / Administration:
Recruiting suitable candidates for the organization. Identifying and meeting the training needs of existing staff. Ensuring employee welfare and employee relations are positive. Ensure the working environment is safe for employees are employees are aware of workplace legislation. Ensured organization policies are implemented and business operates with efficiency.
Oversees the day-to-day function of the mail-room which includes sorting, incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, distributing letters and packages as needed and recording all the activities.
Domestic & International tracking and tracing of shipments.
Arrange pick up and over view daily courier routes for inbound & outbound shipments.
Solve the customer's queries and handle all problems and special delivery requests that occur.
Responsible for tracking and confirming the hours worked for mail-room personnel.
Supervises the operational work flow of the faculty mail-room to ensure inefficiencies and adherence to company standards.
Interview, hire, evaluate staffs performance, set KPIS, train or terminate staff.
Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Front Line Customer Services Agent.
