Managing all HR Operations, Strategic and HRBP
Country HR Manager at Dufry (Bali) Direct Report to DCOO Asia Pasific & dooted line to Region HR Director (Europe, Middle East and Asia Pasific)
Project :
As a pre opening team for Dufry at Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS), with 5 store of 20000 m2 square, with 250 on board staff sucessfully.
(Dufry is a global travel retailer with operations in 45 countries. Dufry operates more than
1200 shops located at airports, cruise liners, seaports, and other touristic locations.
The headquarters of Group are located in Basel Switzerland).
Purpose
Responsible for leading and directing the Corporate Office HR function, specifically directing and managing the administration of all Dufry HR policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
Recruitment and Induction
Recruitment ensuring qualitative orientation programs for new hires and employee exits
Negotiate and finalize offer letters and employment processes for new hires and promotions
Training and Development
Support Managers with employee training and development requirements of employees
Performance Management
Monitor performance and MBO process, incl. manage performance appraisal, bonus and disciplinary processes
Provide strategic and operational HR counseling
Collaborate with management and staff to ensure performance optimization
Compensation and Reward
Management of payroll and social insurances, as well as coordination of annual salary review process
Maintain compliance with local regulations and legislation concerning employment
Maintain market focused salaries and incentives programs
Reporting
Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR metrics
Workforce planning and budgeting, HR controlling and reporting
Supervise work time / shift planning in the Shops
Manage the time registration tool and the absence list, incl. monitoring and revising time recording of employees and vacation planning
General
Ensure effective personnel administration
Control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures
Adapt and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered by staff and managers
