Project :
As a pre opening team for Dufry at Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS), with 5 store of 20000 m2 square, with 250 on board staff sucessfully.
(Dufry is a global travel retailer with operations in 45 countries. Dufry operates more than
1200 shops located at airports, cruise liners, seaports, and other touristic locations.
The headquarters of Group are located in Basel Switzerland).
Purpose
Responsible for leading and directing the Corporate Office HR function, specifically directing and managing the administration of all Dufry HR policies and procedures.
Job Desc:
Key Accountabilities
Recruitment and Induction
 Recruitment ensuring qualitative orientation programs for new hires and employee exits
 Negotiate and finalize offer letters and employment processes for new hires and promotions
Training and Development
 Support Managers with employee training and development requirements of employees
Performance Management
 Monitor performance and MBO process, incl. manage performance appraisal, bonus and disciplinary processes
 Provide strategic and operational HR counseling
 Collaborate with management and staff to ensure performance optimization
Compensation and Reward
 Management of payroll and social insurances, as well as coordination of annual salary review process
 Maintain compliance with local regulations and legislation concerning employment
 Maintain market focused salaries and incentives programs
Reporting
 Responsible for maintaining high quality HR standards as it relates to HR metrics
 Workforce planning and budgeting, HR controlling and reporting
 Supervise work time / shift planning in the Shops
 Manage the time registration tool and the absence list, incl. monitoring and revising time recording of employees and vacation planning
General
 Ensure effective personnel administration
 Control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
 Ensure understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures
 Adapt and ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered by staff and managers

Job Desc: Manager HR Division ACTING AS CHIEF HR DIVISION; oversee all HR Generalist and implementation of Strategic HR Programme, Services and all Policies. Direct Report to Vice President.
1. Responsible in All aspects of People Development, HR Generalist (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Industrial Relation and General Services) and all HR Area (Compensation Benefits, Organizational Development).
2. To support for Payroll Process & Payment
3. To manage the PPh 21 (Income Tax 21) for Payroll
4. HRIS (Using SOL ERP) Programme for Head Quarter (Korea) and In Jakarta Branch
5. Develop and implement key HR strategic and operational plans to support the business objectives with a service and technology mindset.
6. To Handling Jamsostek.

10. Drive talent identification, acquisition, development and retention processes for succession planning and leadership building.
11. Identify and address training needs, and inculcate a continuous learning culture at all levels in the organization.
12. Ensure a cohesive working environment, creating a cordial, positive and collaborative workplace.
13. Forge positive employee relations between line managers and employees by educating and training line managers.
14. To conduct Recruitment & Selection Process & Activity
15. Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill man power needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
16. Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
17. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants
18. To support and prepare Employee Personal Administration Process
19. To manage Employee Resignation & Termination Process and prepare documents relate
20. To manage and prepare for Employee Performance Evaluation Process
21. To manage Training Plan and Implementation process
22. To manage company asset & docs related with third party.

25. Evaluate and analyze accidents and promote safety measures
26. Organize Blood Pleasure and Blood sugar reading every 3 months
27. Enforce green code throughout the Spa
