Senior Document Controller
Responsibilities:
· Perform data entry on to the respective document registers, shop drawings, as built drawings, material submittal,
request for information (RFI) & method statement, update in the log systems and circulate via Aconex & 4project
software to the client, consultant, project management and all others staff.
· Preparing all submission drawings, material submittal, RFI and all others corresponds incoming and outgoing update in
the log systems and submits via by Aconex software to client & consultant.

Preparing correspondence for the various contracts under the - Hotel 1 City Walk Phase 2 Project
· Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
· Preparation and distribution of weekly document tracking registers.
· Prepare and handle all inward, outward correspondence with developer, client, consultant, sub-contractors and other
parties involved on the project.
· Review all the incoming / outgoing documents, drawings, and material submittals etc. for ensuring that all the required
details are available.
· Tracking & auditing of documents and follow-up of documents required on priority.
· Internal distribution of all approved and commented documentation receiving from client / consultant
· Responsible for correspondence and transmittal references.
· Responsibility for receiving and controlling all approved construction Shop & As Built drawings and others
correspondence related to the project.
· Archive all project data, including hard and electronic copies as required.
· Receiving hard and soft copies of documents from client, consultants and arranging copies for internal distribution.
· Filing and archiving of all original documentation received from the client, consultant and sub-contractors.
· All approved documents scanning and circulation via by Aconex software to subcontractors and all others staff.
· Re-issue revised copies of AFC drawings, specification and all others correspondence / documents to all concerned and
destroy or marked superseded issues.
· Respond to queries regarding revision status of issued drawings / documents from consultant and client
· Implement the documentation procedures on new projects.
· Adhering to and enforcing company policies and procedures related to document control.
· Working independently to facilitate work group activities in the department.
· Effectively following policies to provide support for the quality systems during corporate audits and actively
participating in department activities.
· Coordinate with project team, consultant, client and document control teams in establishing and improving document
management system
· Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and
commercial correspondence
· Undertake archiving, photocopying, scanning as well as uploading / downloading of e-correspondence, Converting
drawings, transmittals and other documents various file formats and uploading them as required.
· Updating all spreadsheets.
· Support to delivery of Health and Safety Policy and standards
· Providing support to new staff by advising and helping them in how to maintain all the documentation system of the
document control department.
