This role required me to provide training and guidance on people policy, process and systems, address and promptly respond to all general and payroll/HR admin queries, liaise with operations, finance, payroll, HRRC and IT to ensure a good employee experience, build and nurture robust relationships with managers to define operational development and planning goals and priorities, deliver key change initiatives, impacting operations and associates, partnering across the business and stakeholders to enable change which requires a sound understanding of all core metrics.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Working with HR data and metrics to identify and propose
areas of focus and required improvements.
• Coach and develop line managers to become confident and
self-sufficient in first line HR matters.
• Build strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first class HR support and
coaching.
• Proactively partner with key senior stakeholders to deliver
against the people strategy that supports the delivery of
company objectives.
• Support and guide managers with performance improvement,
talent management and development of employees.
• Implement and drive initiatives to develop high employee engagement and reduced attrition
• Lead engagement and DEI for over 300 employees, improving inclusion KPIs drastically.
• Lead performance management sessions for management in Central London area
• Manage ER cases to mitigate legal and PR risk for the business.
