• Answer and resolve customer queries through: Phone/Mail /Twitter/IM/Other communication channels
• Be the primary interface with customers
• Highlight and report any trends in customer queries
• Adhere to predefined KPIs and response times
• Ensure outstanding customer service experience for all customers. “Customer Satisfaction” is not enough. “Customer happiness & delight” is our goal.
