▪ Reducing the department's operating costs by 13% YoY through restructuring of roles and duties and reducing unnecessary headcount, implementing a category-based procurement strategy and segregating duties and tasks among the existing staff.

This combined with the terms and agreements existing with the vendors, provided me with the needed visibility on high performers to retain and low performers that needed to be dropped.
