•Material requisition (MR) and Tender bid evaluation and approval (TBE) of various types of packaged equipment, assembly lines, rotary equipment and manufacturing tools, according to FEED requirement.
•Detailed engineering of the above equipment with multi- disciplinary and interdepartmental co - ordination along with the Engineering consultant.
• NMR document review and approval, in accordance with the FEED requirements and ISO, IEC standards
•Conflict resolution in case of discrepancy between FEED and Vendor proposals, through client/vendor/consultant meetings, negotiations to comply with project requirements and raising TQs, letters, as required.
•Review of IFC drawings and comments resolution at 30%, 60%, 90% from the PMT.
•Design change request initiation and change order support.
•Review Equipment electro- mechanical design (GAD, assembly, SLD, electro- hydraulic control drawings, breakers, starters, safety interlocks, lighting protection, earthing, piping, instrument hookup) review and approval in accordance with project specifications and ISO, IEC standards.
•Equipment PQR & WPS review and approval in line with ASME section VIII, IX, AWS etc.
•Review of painting procedures in line with the project approved coating systems.
•Expertise in FAT (procedure and review) for various packaged equipment, ensuring design and end user compliances.
• NMR review and approval of World’s largest Maritime shipyard which optimizes the Oil and gas supply chain of Saudi Aramco as part of their vision 2030 as Lead Discipline Engineer.
•Interface management covering Civil, electrical, instrumentation, process piping, HVAC etc.

•Apart from Mechanical engineering discipline knowledge a good understanding of CNC and PLC controls, PID controls, Electrical single line diagrams and schematics, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, Cause and effect matrices, PFDs, P&IDs, Hazop, VFDs, MCCs, Modular Substations, Power Feeders, Instrument hook ups of sensors, actuators, SAP CMMS, SCADA etc. achieved through hands on experience and technical coordination during FEED review, TBE, detailed engineering, Mechanical engineering, site installation and commissioning phases of various package equipment.
Lead Mechanical engineer, handling the detailed engineering of Novated PO packaged equipment. Integrated the project specifications, PO and FEED requirements, applicable international standards and codes of practices to the equipments and the FEED requirements . Ensured the IFC approved non materials records submission, with required compliances after sufficient rounds of reviews and revisions.
Liased with all stake holders of the project as required to ensure timely delivery of the project.

•Prepared schedules for the preventive maintenance, installations, provided leadership in issues pertaining to permit to work.
•Installed Fire Foam pumps (gear type), carried out performance test of loading arms Emergency release system, Carried out maintenance of Positive displacement meters in the metering skid, crude oil sampler, surge relief system, fire water pumps, gear pumps, loading arms, Air compressors, and Marine loading arms, Conducted reliability study of equipment based on SCADA historian and field observation log, Performed preventive maintenance of Fire water pump diesel engines, compressors, Emergency generator, through put test of PD meters, strictly in adherence to the schedule approved by the client. Provided leadership in the calibration of Crude oil prover loop with the master prover.
•Performed vibration analysis and thermal expansion of the fire water system, and satisfactorily arrested the causes of vibration.
