o Procurement Engineer (Feb 19 - Now)
Responsible for Supply chain management activities including Placement of Purchase Orders, Resolving Technical and Commercial Queries, and improving Delivery Performance of Vendors, for Saudi Aramco projects.
Responsible for procuring requested items and material, by sending RFQs to identified vendors, Receiving and evaluating offers commercially and technically, and issuing Purchase Orders via SAP system to the awarded supplier.
Responsible for registering of new supplier via SAP system.
Responsible for follow up of vendor payments and invoice recipient.
Duties:
• Identification of RFQ / MTO of requirements received from PMT
• Sourcing of suppliers that meets the objectives related to cost, delivery performance and quality
• Receiving of commercial offers and prepare "commercial bid evaluation document".
• Negotiate with the suppliers on lead time, cost, and quality of the requirements.
• Placement Purchase Order to suppliers with the technical acceptance and lowermost Cost and Issuing Purchase Orders via SAP system.
• Follow up for item delivery and ensuring delivery dates to be met.
• Develop relationships and evaluate new suppliers that are meeting Saudi Aramco projects standard and requirements.
• Maintain documentation submission based on project schedule.
• Regular visits and meetings withSuppliers to manage and maintain item manufacturing progression.
• Maintain progress report along with weekly meetings with management.
• Ensure packages contractual delivery dates to be met.
• Support logistic team to deliver the items to the required destination.
o Business Development Engineer (Nov 18 - Feb 19)
Responsible for developing and maintaining commercially productive relationships with both new and old clients. As well as finding out new early stages projects to generate contracting or subcontracting opportunities.
Responsible for providing business analysis to the management based on the types of inquires received.
Duties:
• Promote the company brand to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge of the company and its capabilities.
• Upgrading Saudi Aramco and Sabic pre-qualification categories of the company.
• Finding out the new projects on the market.
• Responsible for Pre-Qualifying the company with new clients.
• Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.
• Ensuring the company’s information is being updated with all clients.
• Receive RFQs from clients to the company and report them to a higher manager.
• Writing up project synopses and reports to the manager in charge.

SADARA
- Mechanical Engineer in the foam system area, Responsible for the installation of the pipelines, foam tanks, and the foam chamber, including the modification of the pipes and the pipe supports. In the foam system area.
- Mechanical Engineer in the Reverse Osmosis Skids area, Responsible for modification of all the systems pipelines, gaskets changing, pumps alignments, and Pipeline testing.
With addition responsibilities of the filling up Activated Carbons into the reactors in the system.
Saudi Aramco
Responsible for producing a Summary of Cost analysis of GMOOP team, Identifying Areas of improvements, Propose improvement solutions to maximize revenue, reduce cost and increase profit.
Duties:
• Following up with the daily progress of the works areas we have.
• Follow up with the new upcoming jobs

Attended the Saudi Aramco Training course for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineering Tech.
The program prepare the trainees to be eligible to start working as mechanical maintenance technicians for Saudi Aramco
