• Preparation/analysis of safe operating procedure for different jobs such as safe shutdown, safe start-up, emergency condition and other routine maintenance jobs.
• Technical support for natural gas absorption with MDEA and TEG based operations.
• Optimizing plant operation, performance monitoring, Processing of gas according to specs.
• Day to day operational troubleshooting, modifications, commissioning.
• Sale gas calculations from flow charts with complete material and energy balance.
• To ensure the desired quality of gas in terms of limited amount of H2S and higher BTU’s of that gas.
• To control the process parameters through wide variety of controlling system.
• Schedule testing of various equipment on weekly/ monthly basis.
• Running plant smoothly.
• Controlling Production rate according to capacity of plant.
• Controlling Quality of Gases according to specified range
