● Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, aiming to increase the company's market share, revenue, and profit. Engage with key decision-makers and conduct periodic operations reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve complex customer complaints in a timely manner, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Cost Optimization and Automation: Ensure customers are utilizing cost-effective service channels and promote the increased use of automation to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
● Receivables Management: Monitor receivables with Finance Team and Meeting Sales to resolve before the shipment movement to avoid the increasing stocks value and blocking our warehouse space.
● Team Management: Lead and support a team of coordinators, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
● Cost Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize shipping costs, including consolidation and rate negotiation. Analyze expenses, recommend improvements, manage related budgets and forecasts
● Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential shipping risks, including damage, theft, and regulatory compliance. Handle insurance coverage and claims, emphasizing safety and security standards
