• Oversee meter data testing across various MDMS platforms such as KBK COSMOS MDM, Itron Meter Data Management (MDM), Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) and Siemens EnergyIP. Additionally, coordinate testing with other Meter Data collection utilities including Utility IQ and Hexing MDC, collaborating closely with developers to implement software enhancements.

• Test database and APIs ensuring functionality with AMR Meters.

• Gain experience in adeptly overseeing Head-End Systems including Hexing HES, Itron HES, and Siemens HES, ensuring smooth meter data collection operations while upholding operational efficiency and regulatory standards.

• Oversee preparation for Universal Data Integration Layer (UDIL) Certificate testing at Pakistan International Technology Complex.

• Ensure team compliance with electricity metering standards like IEC Standards; meter accuracy (e.g., IEC 62053 series), meter testing (e.g., IEC 62052 series), and communication protocols (e.g., IEC 62056 series) and Communication Protocols: Standards like DLMS/COSEM (Device Language Message Specification/Companion Specification for Energy Metering).

• Deliver remote training sessions and conduct on-site visits to various data centers, offering comprehensive instruction to clients on AMI Applications and the operational features of Smart Meters, catering specifically to end-users of MDMS.

• I utilize meter data analytics platforms such as Itron Analytics, Oracle Utilities Analytics, and Siemens EnergyIP Analytics to extract insights, optimizing operations. These platforms are integrated with energy management, grid, customer, demand response, revenue protection, and asset performance management systems.

• Evaluate the technical proficiencies of AMI Team members.

• Acquire comprehensive insights into our competitors and disseminate this information to my team to enhance our in-house work processes.

• Initiating the introduction of new skills within the team to enhance both work efficiency and quality.
