Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee farming of the company's specialty products such as mushrooms, vegetables, animal farming and other side products like mung beans sprouts, tofu, etc.
Direct the distribution and dispensation of farm items Manage imported products and the subsequent distribution
Supervise the retail distribution network on consignment basis Remodeling the green houses to improve production
Utilize available land to its fullest potential to maximize revenue generation
Implement visibility study for fresh farming and apply results in day-to-day operation
Responsible for overall revenue generation and P&L
Key Achievements
Responsible for increasing overall production by 30% and expanding mushroom exports to GCC countries
