Within the duration of a year, the department recorded increased rates of unit
deliveries, higher quality and elevated customer satisfaction. This was accomplished due
to developing work procedures and planning annual training programs which were
fundamental for technicians to master their troubleshooting & work capabilities. These
programs focused on 5 star rated quality preparations which ultimately led to decreased
breakdowns on sites and increased customer productivity.
With sufficient technical background and managerial skills, I was transferred to CAT
Machine Sales to provide the best solutions for customer projects. 6 months into the job I
handled as an Acting Sales Manager for CAT Machines in the Saudi central region which
includes 11 branches. Successfully the sales targets where reached, value & volume,
during the month.
