I've had the privilege of attending prominent exhibitions such as Beauty, Big 5, and Gulf Food, where I achieved remarkable sales success. In the year 2021 alone, I managed to generate AED 1.06 million in revenue with an impressive gross profit margin of 11.5%

I successfully launched the balikbayan service in the Philippines and Lebanon via the Gava Forwarding book's GBOX app. Efficient project systematization, including backend, application, and retail deliveries, were pivotal.

Strategically, I increased retail sales by AED 8, 000 monthly (850 empty boxes), executed impactful social media campaigns, and optimized warehouse operations, increasing capacity, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction in logistics

In terms of warehouse management, I took the initiative to declutter and reorganize our inventory, implementing innovative storage solutions. These efforts not only increased storage capacity but also led to a reduction in operating costs, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

In leadership, I've devised vision, strategy, and sales plans for Air and Sea freight success. My ability to source and close deals, conduct market research, and offer business consultation exceeded commercial objectives. Starting as a Brand Manager and moving up to Trade Marketing & Merchandising Manager, I've had a successful career. I improved our brand's image through visual merchandising and exciting promotions. I brought in an extra 1 million dirhams from onboard tours. I consistently exceeded goals through smart campaigns, managing stock, and getting more from our marketing budget.

I also used Excel to track old stock and help the management make decisions. I worked closely with suppliers to ensure materials for visual merchandising arrived on time.

In my role as a Trade Marketing & Merchandising Manager, I managed everything related to how our products were displayed in stores. I ensured our displays matched our brand and helped us sell more. I also made sure we had the materials we needed and got the necessary permissions for our campaigns.

I analyzed sales trends and made sure our displays stayed current. I kept track of merchandise and budgets, ensuring we used our resources wisely. I provided data to estimate future sales and kept our POS (Point of Sale) database up to date. I also helped train sales staff to maintain our brand image.
