 Resolve and Troubleshoot Database technical problems.

 Web Application Servers installing, configuring, migrating, load balancing, deploying applications, upgrading & troubleshooting Tomcat, Tomee, WAS, WebLogic and Microsoft IIS.
 Implementation of different IBM solutions on different platforms.
 IBM Message queue installation, creation administration and troubleshooting.
 Installing, configuring EastNets products in different operating systems & different web application.
 Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customizations.
 Understanding of operations lifecycle (dev, test, deploy, operate).
 Ensure that solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and Accuracy.
 Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of service support, communication and productivity.
 Managing cases, requests and enhancements using online tools and processes.

• Understanding, configuring and setting up high available, load balance solutions for the middleware implementation using different software and hardware solutions.
• Responsible for installing, setting up and configuring different Middleware Solutions.
• Ability to communicate with client technical teams for capturing requirements.
