• Managing the issuance of MR’s, TBE’s, and PO’s of the project materials.
• Management the interface with all stakeholders.
• Monitoring and controlling the project baseline and preparing progress reports.
• Maintaining project logs and registers such as action log, deliverables, lesson learned and risk registers.
• Coordinating with supply chain, procurement, sub-contractors for materials and project requirement.
• Arranging internal and external meetings and workshops.
• Supporting the top management to achieve the organization goals.
