1. Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents provided by the client/designer.
2. Manage, Review & approve all technical submissions such as prequalification, Material submittals
, shop drawings, method statements, Technical Proposals, MIR and ITP (inspection Test Plan) based
on the project specification, QCS, Tender circular, Original Design and Authority Regulation .
3. Manage the replies to RFI’s issues by the contractors.
4. Monitor and Guide inspectors to Supervise and certify site activities as per the approved shop Drawings, specifications
and quality control plan (Method statement, Inspection test Plan, QCS).
5. Evaluate / approve all Mock ups / Physical samples according to standards, project requirements and approvals.
6. Select and coordinate all finishing material as complete ID Package and present it to the client and
building End-user with the best matching (Design, colors, textures & Terminations) according to
project specification and requirements.
7. Act as the main technical advisor on the construction site for supervision consultant.
8. Coordinate the whole finishing material packages ( execution & Engineering )
9. Manage and coordinate Structural, Architectural & MEP design activities and deliverables.
10. Study all project criteria’s to assure full compliance with specification & authority regulation.
11. Conduct coordination meeting with project designer to clear all design discrepancies and
assure full compliance with design intent.
12. Attend meeting between client and building End-user to negotiate and advice regarding all
changes according to End-user new requirements and assure full implementation on site for
changes / SI.
13. Attend management, progress, technical and quality meetings with client and main contractor.
14. Conduct coordination meeting with project team, main contractor, Sub-contractors.
15. Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project
requirements are met.
16. Dealing with problems that might come up during execution.
17. Evaluate and Negotiate Variation orders with client & main contractor.
18. Systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement
appropriate solutions.
19. Manage the additional scope of work at CCQ Dafna College for civil defense requirements and
assure proper handing over complying with authority requirements and regulation.
20. Manage / approve all shop drawings and as-built drawings for Dafna College based on
authority requirements and site condition .
21. Manage the drawings re-upload for all design changes at CCQ - boys & Girls and follow up with
Municipality and civil defense for re-approval
Reporting to Project manager.
Coordination for the whole finishing material packages ( execution & Engineering )
Details development for all finishing work in line with the manufacturer recommendation and Method statement
Manage Curtain wall execution and engineering
Coordination with different trades/specialist Sub-Contractor (electrical, mechanical, structural and architectural)
Prepare packages and SOW for the Sub-Contractor.
Monitoring the schedule and progress of works.
Control materials, Shop drawings drawings, Method Statements, ITP submittal
Guide the draughtsman in order to produce Full coordinated drawings (structural/Architectural/MEP/Interior Design)
Guide QAQC for Method statement and ITP Submissions
Ensure that all the samples and mock up are to the full satisfaction for the client / consultant
And in line with the project specifications and Contractual documents
Control the quality of executed works within project specifications and QCS .
Coordinate with quality control to ensure proper execution of works .
Attend technical and progress meetings with the client / consultant
Reporting to the construction manager.
