From Nov 2008 till now with STC in Access NOC (ZHONE) Project:
Assignment:
- Aggregation (ZMS) ZHONE Management System of MALC 719 equipment manage the activation of the circuits EFM SHDSL Technology Speed & VLAN & Bridges.
- Link Aggregation and RPR Configuration & Bridging applications.
- Presently assigned in (NOC) with STC for Network Support.
- OSS Integration with the third party system Integration the NMS with the Info Vista performance monitoring system.
- Troubleshoot and administrator MALC 719 on ZHONE technology at all levels and provided first, second and third line support.
- Charge for troubleshooting and giving solution to ISP & customer & technician to fix the problems with regards in configuration and installation of the VPN circuit's link.
- Creating VPN circuit’s connectivity requests.
- Making reports about the routine activities and network performance including running circuits.
- Providing to NOC and other operations teams regards to IP/MPLS infrastructure and transmission and follow up the escalated Trouble Tickets for customer’s emergency circuit requests.
- Familiars with Remedy RTTS User PMC Problem Management System.

Assignment:
- Commissioning of SKYWAN 5000 & 2000 ND SatCom provides (NMS) for managing and monitoring the terminals of the network, based on HP Open View Manager for networks MA’ Aden
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as per the plan covering the network elements and network facilities in each the sites.
- Perform the required tasks related to planned works and activities in the network in coordination with customer.
- Supporting on the Networks services status.
- Surveillance on the inspection tests required as the technical of the specification and inspections as per the approved.
- Installation H/W & S/W Integration & monitoring for IDU and ODU ND SatCom products also the Flyway connectivity remotely.
From Apr 2006 to Jan 2007 Project Engineer in (DDN Project) Support with STC:
Assignment:
- Commissioning & installation (I/D & O/D) for MICROWAVE.
- Coordinate with STC on all aspects of site inspections.
- Follow up payment invoices and make sure no outstanding issue.
- Ensuring invoices collected by MOP’s provide to STC with accurate invoices from BTC with BOQ & PAT Documents and MOPs at order changes in P.O and preparing the Invoices of STC.
