• Sourcing over 4 portals as a recruiter (LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Gulf talent and Recruiter software PRS.)
• Understand the needs of the clients, make note of specific skills or experience required in a candidate.
• My role included making a list of candidates, shortlist on the basis of research and forward a short list to the Director.
• The candidates would be senior level candidates (i.e Directors, Head, Managers, CEO/CFO/CDO) from UAE or GCC countries.
▪ Physically analyzing and assessing UN - WFP’s stock and assets.
▪ Recording and updating a daily track report with analysis.
