• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and strengthen regional presence.

- Develop adequate relations with all suppliers in the interest of the business and operation.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Ensure the maintenance of product's quality standards.
- Constant follow up on reports of the external food hygiene consultant.
- Maintaining and enforcing the agreed brand standards for each unit by conducting a monthly audit.
- Planning and executing special events.
- Updating the menu items to comply with each season.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team.
- Maintain the F&B Management invoices and journals, manage and monitor expenditure associated with catering equipment repair, manage the asset register and assist in budget setting yearly.
- Allocating and verifying spending and assisting in report analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.

- Searching for a new market and potential clients.
- Outdoor sales, representing the bank and informing the clients about new products.
- Managing, issuing, following and closing retail loans (Housing, Car and Personal).
- Commercial (SME) and Kafalat Loans.
- Sales services and products, E-banking and Call center.
- Managing and following interest rates.
- Opening, closing and managing all type of accounts.
- Abide by FATCA laws.
- LCs and LGs.
- Managing, Issuing and cancellation of Debit and Credit Cards.
- Issuance, modification and cancellation of insurance policies.
- Swifts and other services and operations (Taxes and Mechanics Payments).
- Bills and salaries domiciliation (Mic 1/alfa, Mic 2/MTC, Tel., EDL…).
- Follow-up and guide customers.
