Manage labor accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance occupancy in the camp, safety and security, ensure discipline in the camp.
Handle all location of rooms for new coming workers, and keeping update records of all labors staying in camp.
Checking of camp on at-least weekly basis.
Rooms allotment as per company policy/procedure.
Supervision of house-keeping in the all camp area.
Co-ordinate with company HR, Administration, Main Store and Facility Manager for necessary information/action.
Maintain employee’s documents, passport, visa status and Leave schedules.

Presently I am working in Ibrahim Obaid Ullah Saif Hospital Ras Al Khaima, UAE, and working in Emergency / Casualty Department my duties / responsibilities as given below:
Register all coming patients in (Wareed) system.
As a cashier collect the cash from patients and given the receipt.
Check the all incoming patients record as per hospital administration instruction.
Print wristband id for patients.
Admit to the patient in the ward as per duty nurse instruction in the system.
Patient admit first time then prepare the patient file with patient computerized record.
Attend the phone calls and other support to department staff.
Renal Department my duties / responsibilities as given below:
Maintain patient’s files and record on my shift.
Using (Wareed Software-Oracle) for patients and also hospital/ministry record.
Make patients wrist band and online patients file number on daily basis.
Daily incoming and outgoing patients check-in / check-out in system on my shift.
Prepare diet list for next day patient’s as per department provided.
Prepare daily patient’s census.
Make telephonic relation with patient and patients relatives for treatment.
And some other clerical work for support to the patients / department.

Worked as a Data Entry Operator cum Archive Clerk in Al-Saqr Hospital Ras Al-Khaima, UAE, and worked in emergency / casualty department and department duties / responsibilities as given below:
Prepare patient emergency paper.
If the patient have any previous record then retrieved to computer and if the patient not registered in the system first I check if found the make complete registration with all patient information put in the (Wareed) software otherwise make full complete registration of patient.
Maintain register all patients record for the hospital.
Prepare senses for department.
Making in-patient file (Sticker) on computer at (Wareed) software.
And some support and team work with department staff nurses.

Check and Correct of coding error
Check Utility Register
Recovery of Utilities end of the year annual basis
Prepare Costing reports monthly and quarterly basis
PABX data get to system and proper allocation (Debit) to proper Units and Branches
Prepare vouchers such as BDS, PCV and JV.
