Building Design Section
• Completed designing of electrical distribution system from MSB to final circuits and execution of same via subcontractors in coordination with Beck Interiors UK (Museum specialists) for one of the largest museum in world Sheikh Abdullah Al Salem Cultural Centre.
• Lighting design coordination of fit-out works for Natural History, Science and Islamic Museum in coordination with Beck Interiors (Museum Specialist) and Consultant (SSH)
• Involved in designing lighting control system in coordination from conceptual stage with lighting designer (SVA) and implementation in coordination with Al-dhow (Helvar).
• System Integrator for Belden structured cabling to support Audio Visual system and Interactives for museum in coordination with Electrosonic Ltd.
• Displayed efforts in liaising and coordinating for project related activities by organizing and attending meetings with Beck, consultants & sub-contractors the smooth work flow process
• Reviewing electrical base-built design drawings, shop drawings and scheduling project engineering plans and specifications
• Assisting in the preparation of as-built drawings, panel schedules, cable schedules and single line diagram from downstream to up-stream
• Engaging in the preparation of load calculations, load balancing, demand load calculations, short circuit calculation, voltage drop calculations, power factor correction, LV Schematics and load schedules for initial approval and coordinating till final inspection
• Prepared material take offs to generate MSRs, prepare BOQs and procured material locally as per site condition & requirement and coordinated with the suppliers thereby resulting in the availability of material on time at site without causing any delay in project
• Supervision of Subcontractors and provided technical assistance for Fit-Out and Base-Built electrical works including approval of their payment certificates and variation orders.

•Working in LEED registered Passenger Terminal Building (Zone-D and Zone-H)
•Providing training to electricians & foreman which include training them on International Standards like IEC, IEEE, NEMA and NETA and managing work allocation based on their skill.
•Generated shop and as-built drawings with respect to design and ID drawings and quantity surveying for cable containment, small power system, lighting system and LMS system and received approvals on the first submissions
•Assisting in Progress Management and Payment Certificate which involves monitoring and evaluating progress from the site team on weekly basis and motivating them on the basis of which a payment certificate is generated monthly
Previous Project Experience Highlights:
•Contributed in the following activities:
oInstallation of Gensets 2000KVA, Generator Control Panel (Synchronizing Panel) and its integration with medium voltage switch gear and CCMS/PLC panel through NEC Art. 445, 700, 701&705; NFPA-99 and NFPA-110
oInstallation, testing and commissioning of 110V DC system serving MVSGs and UPS of 10KVA, 30, KVA, 40KVA, 100KVA, 300KVA and checked battery backup time for low current systems by adhering to IEC standards and project specifications
oSupported for the installation and operation of intelligent automated Lighting control system by ABB i-bus® EIB / KNX for Security Affairs Building ISO/IEC 1453-3
oInstallation/erection of cable ladders/cable trays/trunks correctly and cable laying with proper spacing complying with industry standards
oInstallation, testing and commissioning of MV Substation MDBs, DBs, T/Fs, RMUs, MV Switchgears by complying with the International standards and Project specifications
•Assisted in the Circuit Control & Monitoring System, integration of 3 medium voltage switch gears and 26 RMUs with RTUs/PLC panels at their respective locations and set-up of an optical fibre loop for SCADA system at KSU Al Ahsa site
•Put efforts in conducting a detailed study on control schematics of medium voltage switchgear and resolved interlocking issues between incoming feeders at MOI Makkah site
•Performed different types of tests on T/Fs, MV Cable, RMUs, CTs and VTs of MV Switchgear such as Hi-Pot, Insulation, relay setting of RMUs, calculating Turn Ratio of T/Fs with testing & commissioning team by putting NETA, IEC and IEEE standards
•Displayed efforts in the MCC & MCP panel modifications to provide status and command provisions for BMS integration
•Executed earth resistance tests, LUX measurements and insulation resistance test of LV cables & sub-circuits
•Displayed efforts in liaising and coordinating for project related activities by organising and attending meetings with SBG main contractor, consultants & sub-contractors the smooth work flow process
