• Follow up through the sales cycle to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Keep accurate records of monthly and annual sales figures on a computer database to ensure a business is on track.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Store Requisitions (SRs) in the ERP and OSR application.
• Follow up with the sub contractor orders and make sure that items received from supplier are accurate and according to the Purchase order.
• Make arrangements for items/equipments delivery at site. Coordinate orders and make sure each customer or retailer gets goods on time and as quickly as possible.
• Coordinate and follow up with Network Engineers for equipments configuration, implementation, installation and testing.
• Follow up with the company representatives to deliver credit and cash invoices to the customers and arrange to collect checks and payments from clients.
• Create detailed sales reports to present to the management and assists the sales department to manage lead generation
• Prepare schedules for in house training sessions and issue exam voucher to the clients and In house employees.
• Follow up with clients for the unpaid invoices and bills. And maintain weekly reports with the coordination of Finance department for Pending bills.
• Keep and maintain Petty cash for Sales department. And look after for department supplies requirements (e.g. Furniture and Fixtures, Stationery, equipments fixing and fittings etc.)
• Arrange business dinners and occasions for Company.)
• Providing assistance for the Operations and/or General Manager on special projects as required.
• Prepare Attendance Time sheet for Sales department Employees on monthly basis and monitor their sales activities.
