Devised (SC) Sustainability Challenges 2025 (Scope-1, 2&3) such as health, safety & wellbeing, energy management, renewable energy, GHG reduction, water conservation, chemical management, circular economy, sustainable materials & machines, and diversity & inclusion.
Aligned all SC-2025 KPIs with UN SDGs, ESG, SBTi programs and major clients’ sustainability strategies and ensured reporting of all sustainability KPIs as per GRI standards.
Assessing environmental performance at the project-specific levels and devising Construction Environmental Social Management Plan (CESMP), ESIA, method statements; surveys & monitoring reports; contractor & supervisory consultant checklists and other associated reports and documents for the projects.

Accomplished AWS (Alliance for Water Stewardship) certification with the collaboration of WWF & AWS International, funded by EU partner- Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
Supervised EU funded project entitled implementation of (ILES) International Labor and Environmental standards which is led by ILO (International Labor Organization) that helped us to achieve water reduction targets.
Accomplished LEED certification of one of major site at Platinum level under Building Design + Construction (BD+C) scope to achieve promised environmental and sustainability goals.
Installed 07 MW solar PV plant to promote the use of renewable energy sources to achieve SDGs.
