Providing effective financial management in the capacity of a Reporting & Budgeting Supervisor to enable strategic foresight into the business and also provide knowledgeable and accurate information to my peers and senior management. Major duties and responsibilities include the following: • Overseeing all Financial aspects of Company. • Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business. • Preparation of management information from source data. • Monthly management accounts & management reporting to Board of Directors. • Preparing annual and monthly roll forward budgets and ad-hoc analysis. • Involved in Business Planning, P&L, Balance sheet & liquidity planning. • Coordinating with the external auditor in conducting the annual audit. • Producing meaningful commentary and analysis of financial data.
Managing portfolio of Audit clients, which includes, planning, supervision and finalization of statutory audits and bookkeeping in compliance with Local Laws and regulations, International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
Role and responsibilities comprise providing Business Assurance Services and Corporate Law/Taxation Advisory Services to various trading & manufacturing concerns and service organizations ranging from large quoted companies to medium sized proprietary companies.
