I joined this company as Quality Control Manager and involved in testing and approval of the upto standard products under the direct supervision of Top management directly reporting to Director.
During this period i was involved in product development and market research.
RnD of new products, Trials and running of these products at customers floor.
Customer support, Trouble shooting and training of customers for successful running of the products.
communication with customer in domestic market as well as international market like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Syria, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Morocco, Iran, Russia, Uzbekistan.
Then I was given the responsibility of Export Manager for Asian region.
I was then promoted as Country Manager BD.
then I was promoted as Regional Head Asia, Technical and Marketing dedicated for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka Iran and Russia.
I have paid 40 visits to Bangladesh Market.
5 visits to UK and one visit to Sri Lanka.
I have been involved in developing new shade cards for customers.
I have developed the certification system for customers for compliance of Ecological Requirements like GOTs, REACh, OEKO Tex 100 etc.
I was involved in preperation of ISO 17025, and ISO 9001 etc.
I was involved in training of employees at various levels within the company and outside the company.
I am Honerary secretary of the SDC UK the only Society dedicated for advancement of colour Science.
I have won Silver Medal and Bronze Medal from SDC UK.
Same as above in Sargodha Cloth Processing Industries.
To manage and control inward fabric for processing from different clients
To plan and coordinate for processing of this fabric on different machines and processes with the top management and execute that plan
To monitor machine process and check and balance systems.
To monitor production efficiency at various level by keeping track of daily production targets and optimizations..
To manage waste reduction at various levels right from greig fabric to finished goods godown.
To control rejections by putting strong control over the process lines and timely inspections.
To arrange timely delivery of the finished goods to the customers
To plan new erections of machinery as and when required without stoppage of current process.
To satisfy the customers by providing the best design at economic prices.
To help find energy conservation solutions by perfect planning.
To maximize production by modifying the process line.
This course was based on 6 modules and the degree was awarded on panel interview.
This diploma was awarded by Society of Dyers and Colourist UK on the basis of Experience in Textile Industry.
Master in business Administration with Specialization in Marketing. A 2 years program with 24 subjects covering Business communication, Information Technology, HR, Financial Management, International Marketing, etc were studied. A grade
This was a 4 year program in which Textile Engineering, including Spinning weaving and Finishing was studied with one year speciallization wet processing ( Dyeing printing and finishing) of Textile. 32 subjects including Textile Engineering, Machine Designing, chemical Processing, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Planning and designing and complete unit, and Chemical processing etc was studied. The Degree was awarded by UET ( University of Engineering and Technology )Lahore I got 1st position among Boys in my college.
It was 2 years course of PRE Engineering in which I won Gold Medal from 70000 students from Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan.
Class Marks obtained Year Board/ University 1.MATRIC 783/850 1990 Multan board ( Won Gold medal)
