• Making Invoices in Oracle software system.
• Keeping all the tracks of sales and GRV done on daily basis in Oracle.
• Deliveries follow up after making Sales Orders.
• Prepare and send invoices with supporting documents to the customer.
• Coordinate with storekeeper for stock availability.
• Timely stock up date to Merchandiser, Malls and Dealers.
• Process fax and phone calls also to relevant department.
• Taking phone calls of customers about complains and also on other issues, and forwarded the complaint to relevant person or send details through email to related department.
