Managing WPS operations in Wall Street Exchange Center
Relationship Management of Major WPS clients
Customer support for salary processing through WPS & outside the purview of WPS
To monitor/arrange the funding in CBUAE account/other account to process the files
Monitoring day to day WPS operations (SIF uploads & authorization, PAF, PRC, DIF, RTC, RFR, etc)
Coordination with IT Dept for system developments and system integrations related to UAEWPS and other operations
Coordination with accounts Dept for reconciliation of CB accounts & other AED accounts related WPS funding
Coordination with strategic alliance Dept for conceptualizing/implementing new business strategies related to Paytime cliens
Managing operations of Paytime Cards (Payroll cards)
Managing optimal staff deployments to maximize productivity and efficiency
Preparation of Monthly reports
Attendance to Central Bank workshops, meetings related to UAEWPS & UAEFTS
Buying and selling of foreign currencies
Accepting and paying bulk cash against TT, DD, ICTC, WU
Paying cash against Traveler Cheques
Sending and receiving Western Union Money
Making TT and DD applications
E mail corresponding with communication department regarding the follow up of remittance complaints.
