Acting as an escalation gate to resolve critical issues of the team members. Skills in conducting various training sessions for enhancing the performance and quality of service of the team.
⚐ To ensure the team’s target is achieved on monthly basis (Personal Line-Direct Motor/Non-Motor).
⚐ Conducting weekly meetings to discuss business targets and requirements.
⚐ Underwriting and to Examine insurance proposals, writing quotes and negotiating the terms with clients.
⚐ Accomplishing department’s objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating performance.
⚐ Responsible for keeping track of various tasks, employees and documents.

⚐ Communicating timely pricing updates to the Team.
⚐ Coordinating with the propositions team for the enhancement of the processes related to underwriting, Pricing, Customer Service etc.
⚐ Generating weekly Branch sales reports.

Achieve Bank's objective in terms of earnings, assets liabilities, credit quality etc. as per agreed budget or targets
from client relationship across all product groups
