-Conduct in-depth strategic analysis to ascertain external and internal situational factors and identify key industry trends, Study the best practices and Develop the OD initiatives for bottom line Impact.

• Studied Workforce Rightsizing & FTE best practices and indigenously developed Comprehensive framework. Lead the Functional Analysis Session and Concluded the report with 24% Headcount Savings in studied functions.
• Perform role of custodian for Group Organizational Structures, Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations.
• Developed Complete Package of KPI Based Performance Management System which Includes: PMS Layout, Criteria, Policy, Tools, Process Flows and Communication Plan & Contents.
• Developed Complete Career Path & 9-Box Succession Planning Toolkit which Includes: Assessment Matrix, Tools, Process Flow, Succession Charts and Forms.
• Developed Strategic Job Rotation framework to Enhance the Employee Motivation & Development in various scenarios.

- Developed and implemented KRA & KPI Based Performance Management and Lead the full PMS cycle including; Cascading of KPIs to each Employee, Evaluation, Bonus Calculation and Approvals.
- Initiated, Developed and implemented Executive Reporting Project, consisted on Dashboards, Workforce Demographics reports, Trends Analysis, Forecasting, Control charts and Benchmarking. Lead the Data Accuracy project Team that involved "clean up" of workforce data (22K Head Counts) by Changing Job Patterns, Developed Job Bands and Fixed Salary Anomalies to ensure 100% data accuracy.
