MAMSHA AL SAADIYAT - Saadiayat Island Abu Dhabi - The project consists of the construction of nine residential buildings providing a total number of
461 units.

Major Job responsibilities are as follow:
▪ As a Planning Engineer, responsible to prepare, review and control of baseline schedules, Progress reporting, Resources.
▪ Responsible to prepare & review and control of Revised construction schedules, Progress reporting, Revised resources.
▪ To update the baseline schedule and to present the summary to the Management.
▪ To liaise with procurement team to ensure the availability of the materials on time.
▪ To visit the site and take photos and videos for the record.
▪ To prepare the dashboard in order to have an overall Project snapshot on a single sheet.
▪ To prepare and submit the daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Client.
▪ To attend planning, procurement and operations meetings to review the status of the Project.
▪ Monitoring actual progress against the target progress.
▪ To monitor, maintain and record the site work progress update obtained from construction team via daily reports.
▪ Presenting site progress / progress issues during Weekly / Monthly progress follow-up meeting.
▪ Analyze the project summarize status with the help of Planned VS Actual ‘S’ Curve
▪ Helping the Planning team to prepare all kinds of claims related to time.
▪ Helping QS team to review monthly invoice / cost claims / variation orders.
