•Finalize & submit four week look ahead plans for concrete, pipeline stringing, welding and structure
•Level-IV schedule development in Primavera P6 (Latest Revision).
•Schedule Management P6, Defining WBS Activities and Codes, Assigning
Relationships, Defining Resource Library and Loading/ Leveling Resources.

Piping Engineer at China Petroleum Engineering and Construction Corporation Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities.
•Expedition of Mechanical Completion, Erection and Welding Dia Inch Progress, Hydro Testing and Reinstatement of Test Package achievement with strict deadlines and continuous follow up with Supervisors.
•Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.

•Tight interaction with Warehouse team for material delivery at site and proper record in order to avoid any kind of material duplication issuance at Site and proper material reconciliation in order to avoid any kind of back charge from client.
•Strong Follow up with QC department for test package movement from Ready for Mechanical completion to Ready for Hydro testing and then final inspection for Reinstatement.
•Responsible for preparation for Tie-In Packages for Shut Down.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and updating schedules and submission to client for approval.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, update daily, weekly and monthly progress report of construction activities for Piping, Mechanical, Structural and Fire Safety Equipment.
• Preparing & Up dating of Level -1 to 4 working schedules for site use.
• Extensive use of Primavera and MS Project for the database management to monitor/track-down status of any spool and to expedite the priority ones.
• Resource Loading, Issued to Contractor for Construction. and updating with site progress and generate several reports as per the Project & Management Requirement.
• Develop Scope of Work from Inspection reports / Equipment strategy.
• Preparing Look Ahead sheets for Weekly, Monthly and Biannual to track Project Baseline.

• Conducting internal meetings of daily progress and addressing the constraints to company client and Higher Management.
• Attending daily meeting with client for daily progress report, material and site constraints to overcome any delay in timeline of set target.
• Responsible for inter departmental coordination Construction and QA&QC teams.
• Differentiation and keep track of Base scope with respect to signed contract and Carry Over works, Site instructions.
