Job Description: - Commissioning Activity for HRSG and Waste water treatment plant, Black start diesel generator and on different Instrument, PT, FT, LT, and TT loop checking and calibration.
Commissioning activity for GE Dual fuel fire Gas turbine 9FA machine. Cold loop check, hot loop check of complete system of Gas turbine.Turbine compartment, Diffuser, Lube oil system, fuel gas system, Liquid fuel and atomizing air system, water injection sytem, Closed cooling water system, cooling and sealing system and evaporative system and filter house.
Commisioning activity for GE steam turbine C5 model.
Cold commission, hot commissioning and functional check of all system of steam turbine. Like turning gear system, Hydraulic system, lube oil system, high pressure, low pressure, turbine drain system, generator and condensate air removal system.
I have commissioned unit of steam turbine model C5 in Emal project CCPP2 and now 2nd one commissioning is ongoing.
