Prepared SoW for Aerial Cabling and BoQ for the Aerial Pole Accessories for Overhead Cabling.
Process Creation and Process Improvement: Prepared a Pre AT process in which Field Engineer have to check the link in a Point wise list, then our AT team will validate the list obtained from field engineer.
Training: Providing training to Field Engineers to get them equipped with the technical knowledge needed to work on this project.
Preparing different Training Docs and Provided trainings. Provided training on different topics like ‘RID Preparation’, ‘Acceptance Testing Process & important point to remember for AT’, ‘DIT and Blowing Process’ etc.
Started training for Splicing team on ‘Joint Closure installation for Straight and T Joints with NFS Cable’ & ‘Cable termination for different cable types used in NFS Project using Rack mount FDMS and Wall mount FDMS’.
Driving the AT team that perform Pre AT and drive the project after implementation work to clear Civil and Optical AT from creating reports and get it signed by BSNL to get the AT completed for all the links.

Design:
•Designed products for local and multinational companies. Some of the companies namely ‘Tata Tele Services’, ‘Socomec’, ‘BSNL’, ‘Alcatel-Lucent’, ‘Radius Infratel Pvt. Ltd.’, etc.
•Some of the products that I have designed are Server Racks, ETSI racks, Metro Ethernet Cabinets, Optical Fiber Termination Boxes(Rack Mountable, Wall Mountable with different IP protection ratings), Fiber Distribution Management Systems(FDMS), ONU Box, ONT Box etc. with Different IP Ratings.

Development:
•Performed development for the products designed by us as well as for the designs that are provided by customers.

To design an adjustable time switch using IC 555: This project was done in B. Sc. Level. In this project I have designed the adjustable timing switch using relay and IC 555 and study the characteristics of the IC in different modes.
•Design a Programmable Gain Amplifier: This project was done in B. Tech. Pre final year. It is a digitally controlled amplifier whose gain can be programmed by different binary values giving at its control pins. Project Include Designing of Electronic Circuit, PCB Design and Study.
