Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• a part of service level agreement with a major GDS and handles daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
• To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, resolving operating system issues.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other authorized desktop applications.
• To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
• To install and configure new IT equipment.
• To assist all our users with any IT related incident whenever called upon.
