o Source for potential candidates through Online channel and Job boards. o Screen and provide shortlist of qualified candidates.
o Schedule and conduct interviews.
o Manage flyadeal’s Applicant Tracking System.
o Conduct and manage English Language Assessments.
o Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires status.
o Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status and manage all external’s
recruitment inquiries.
o Prepare recruitment reports and statistics as needed.
o Issue approval forms, job offers and employment contracts.
o Contact new joiners and manage all on-boarding activities.
o Coordinate with GR Team on Visa processing and sponsorship transferring. o Conduct Background Check for selected candidates using various systems. o Handle Tamheer Program Process
o Implement Learning and Development activities pertaining to; Learning needs analysis, Learning
planning and execution.
o Support in recruitment process including; Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offering and
managing all onboarding activities.
o Archiving and CVs screening.
o Observing how to conduct interviews, how to set training plan, how to apply sanctions and penalties and
all on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
Awarded bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Faculty of Economics and Administration, King Abdul-Aziz University, with an accumulation GPA 4.91 out of 5 (First Honor).
