Evaluate Change Requests:

Assess and prioritize change requests related to specifications, materials, or processes.

Investment Cost Definition:
calculate the investment costs required for implementing each change, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.

Cost Communication with Sales:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and justifications for the changes.
Communicate the proposed investment costs clearly to the sales.

PAM Creation:

After receiving sales confirmation about the investment costs, create the PAM.

Ensure the PAM includes all necessary details for the technical department to proceed with purchasing the required equipment and tools.

Change Planning:

Develop and schedule detailed implementation plans for approved changes.

Coordinate with production planning to align changes with production schedules and delivery commitments.

Risk and Impact Analysis:
Conduct thorough risk assessments to understand the potential impacts of changes on the production line, supply chain, and final product quality.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external customers.

Coordinate Implementation:
. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to implement changes efficiently.
Ensure that all necessary resources, including materials and tools, are available for the change implementation

Monitor and Control:

Track the progress of change implementations and ensure they adhere to the plan and schedule.

Post-Implementation Review:

Conduct reviews after changes are implemented to assess their effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.

Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

Documentation and Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive records of all changes

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to production teams and other stakeholders on the new processes or changes.

Project and position overview: VW Seat Cupra, ID3, ID4, ID5 and FORD Cyclone chassis Harnesses Designer & Developer.
-Analyze and review Change Requests, technical drawings and documentations (e.g., customer
requirements, norms, standards, etc…).
-Evaluate design solutions against Plant standards and regulations.
-Coordinate the Design and Development of electromechanical and/or electronic components and modules in consideration of customer specific and internal requirements of each change package.
-Prepare, Create, archive, maintenance, check and release technical documents (e.g., Circuit diagram,
Drawing, BOM, WIRES, etc…) for production.
-Provide project update to the change manager
-Provide technical support in production.
- Study and simulation of unofficial technical changes requested by the customer
-Participate in all engineering activities related with to product (FMEA, Design for Manufacturing, etc…)
• Responsible for handling technical topics between LEONI front office in Germany and the manufacturing plant in Menzel Hayet (e.g., Technical issues, Quality issues, Change Requests, etc…).
• Responsible for Master Data; Create, check and import DATA to the production System.
