Responsibilities :
Managing and planning the business and the activities related to Electrical & Mechanical services.
Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; setting the KPI’s and subsequent reviews of agreed targets.
Creates new business leads, manages and follow up on the preparation of the related documents and proposals and negotiating with clients in terms of pricing, discount policy and payment schedule

Develop business relationships with key clients, Meets with current and anticipated clients on regular basis in order to manage and maintain the relationships.
Develop organization and employees.
Monitoring project execution and insure on time completion of the project.
Set planning for customer shutdown to support power plants with Tamimi product and services.
Assure the on time job completion, payment collection and aftermarket service implementation.
Achievements :
Signed 3 long terms maintenance contracts for 3 years in western region.
Knowing the competition successfully win projects with values of SAR 20M
Expand Tamimi business with SEC - National Grid, NOMAC, SWCC-Shouqiq & NWC
Achievements :
Initiated long term agreement with Maaden for complete solution (Service + Spear parts) with more than EUR 11M.
Reducing Tamimi stock by EUR 4M
