Managed a multi-million-dollar humanitarian grants portfolio funded by YHF, WFP, UNICEF, and OCHA, ensuring full compliance with donor regulations, contractual obligations, and organizational policies. Led the complete grants management cycle, including proposal development, budget preparation, donor negotiations, grant revisions, implementation monitoring, reporting, and close-out. Coordinated closely with Programs, MEAL, Finance, Procurement, and senior management to produce high-quality technical and financial proposals, resulting in successful funding awards and sustained donor confidence. Served as the focal point for GMS, UNPP, and donor portals, ensuring the timely submission of narrative and financial reports while maintaining a 100% on-time reporting record with zero disallowed costs. Led field assessments, beneficiary targeting, and protection monitoring activities while strengthening coordination with local authorities, community leaders, humanitarian partners, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate access and implementation. Oversaw project work plans, budgets, and reporting processes, ensuring timely achievement of objectives and high-quality narrative documentation.
