Project manager for technical support and engineering consultancy for Makkah development commission.
-Ensure the implementation of the tasks of the project within the schedule.
-Evaluating the performance of team work continuously.
-Review all studies and reports before they are delivered to client.
-Attend meeting with the client and prepare recommendation and suggestions for each subject.
-Follow-up all financial and administrative works.
Country Manager, Transportation Asset Management:
-Implementation, Negotiation and Monitoring of Transportation Asset programs.
-Working to increase revenue and asset values through identified efficiencies and savings.
-Preparing reports and performs analysis for research to proactively identify potential loan delinquencies and revenue losses.
-Review and update current policies. Implementing training and development programs for asset management.
Manager of Support Services and Client Relations
- Monitor all management issues related to transportation and aviation including:
- Financial affairs of the department.
- Personnel and human resource including appointment of employees and organization of work environment.
- Follow up the progress of administrative and organizational works of the department branches and divisions in other regions.
- Provision of all requirements of work and organization of the new project.
- Direct contact and communication with the clients of the department to ensure their satisfaction with respect to quality and performance.
- Resolve all administrative and organizational problems that affect the internal work environment or external relations with the clients.
- Submit periodic reports to the executive director about the progress of the work and customer satisfaction.
-I worked in this project for three years during which I managed a work team of fifty employees specialized in all disciplines including management and engineering besides the supporting staff.
-Development of work plans that achieve the objectives of the project.
-Provide the client with periodic reports about performance and quality.
I worked as manager of this project for almost nine months while the project was in progress, during which I reviewed the areas of weakness in the performance of the project and corrected them, cross checked and followed up the various tasks of the project and adjusted them to the standard track and procedures that should be adopted in such types of specialized projects.
I worked in Maintenance and Operation Department in the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) as:
-Engineer in a pavement section.
-A head of buildings section.
-Manager assistant for group #1 (GACA head office, Taif Airport, Baha Airport, Yanbu Airport and Rabigh Airport).
-Manager for group#3 (Jouf Airport, Gurayat Airport, Turaif Airport, Arar Airport and Rafah Airport).
-Manager for group #4(Gassim Airport, Qaysuma Airport, KKMC Airport Wadi Aldawaser Airport and Alahsa Airport).
-Manager of property section.
-Civil engineer in Runways section in engineering department in the General Authority of Civil Aviation.
