Manage a department of digital marketers to deliver services includng: SEO, SEM, Display & Social Advertising, Conversion Optimisation, Analytics setup and Integration, App Store Optimisation (ASO) and Paid App Install campaigns.
Prepare Bus. Dev. Materials including proposals (strategy, KPI's, recommended marketing budgets and project schedules).
Supervise & Direct the delivery of all digital marketing campaigns on search, social, display and app stores to make sure campaigns deliver on (or exceed) proposed KPI's
Create annual advertising plans for our clients to properly allocated digital awareness, social engagement, and web conversion budgets including budget splits, channel selection, target KPI's and annual advertising calendars
Design and execute performance campaigns to capture leads, gather CV's, or make online sales using in-bound marketing, paid advertising, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) tactics.

Supervise A/B tests for advertising creative, advertising messaging, landing pages, landing page offers to maximise campaign delivery
Proper setup of google analytics including custom goals with goal values, SEO and Paid advertising custom dashboards, custom user segmentation, automated reporting, and custom events.
Ongoing tracking and optimisation of click through rates (CTR), Conversion rates (CNV), ad quality scores and relevance scores, landing page load times and mobile conversion and usability.
Deploying A/B testing tools such as Optimisely or google content experiments
Cohort analysis of mobile app users or web users via CRM
Marketing Automation campaigns using agileCRM or similar platforms
Setting high level digital strategy for selecting the right tools from the digital marketing toolset to deploy the right tools against the client and overall business needs.
Managing department profitability by controlling cost and time of delivery against approved schedules and managing cost of media bids and buys against booked media plans.
Preparing, pricing, approving media plans to maximise the client objectives.
Working with other design, development and content departments to prepare materials and creatives for new campaigns and for active campaigns where new creatives are needed.
Optimising campaigns for client objectives including maximising awareness, reach, visits, installs or sales and choosing the right type of ad units and bid strategies to maximise the objectives.
