Accomplishments:
• Established thought leader and an expert at standardized project management tools for repeatable delivery of successful projects. Developed PMO structure, governance and framework.
• Successfully led PMO transformation, change and innovation. Bringing along a history of enhancing the maturity of the portfolio, programs and projects management office.
• Part of a digital transformation, supervised acquiring PMIS that will launch the future of healthcare.

• Developing state-of-the-art interactive dashboards to reflect project progress/status.

• Established a new PMO, acted as a driving force shaping the organization’s project management culture and developed a world-class program management organization, subsequent to benchmarking project management methodology.
• Under my leadership, secured tittle as the best PMO among other Clusters by testimony of PwC consultant outperforming all other PMOs and the only PMO to complete the set-up on time without requesting an extension.
• Bestowed with Letter of Appreciation for providing valuable resilient leadership in the COVID-19 Pandemic to Eastern Health Cluster (EHC) Labor Quarantine Taskforce, Jul 2020
