HR & Recruitment Senior Specialist:
• Establishing recruitment process & putting new bold strategies for hiring.

Personnel Specialist:
• Forming contracts from scratch for employees in cooperation with legal dept.
• Making contracts for processing visas which will be submitted to the Saudi embassy.
• Being responsible for making employment files for employees and make sure to include all the required documents.
• Working on the Job Commencement and the check-in list.
• Saving and sorting the information of the employees on an excel sheet.
• Being responsible for adding the new hiring’s to GOSI system.

• Organizing and planning for summer training programs (Community Service)
• Participating in career day for training purposes (Co-op/ summer students)
• Formulating posted training opportunities announcements for the company new joiners.
• Sourcing database for universities, colleagues and institutes for future use.
• Arranging all employees trainings, and agree with training centers for all courses.
• Being responsible for providing orientation about AEC for new students.
• Being responsible for evaluating and choosing training centers for social activates programs.
• Mastered and coached teams on ERP system.
Achievements
• Trained 1200 trainees, in which 400 have been employed.
• Attended and participated in 26 career days as recruiter & organizer.
• Contributed in closing 2 big projects with 300 employees onboarding.
