• Leading a team of 5 Project Safety Supervisors in terms of Contractor Administrative compliance, e.g. E-cabinetC filing, Contractor deliverable submission i.e. Environmental and Waste Management Plan, Hazcom, CSSP, ERP etc.
• Managing Contractors HSE Departments per BI.
• Facilitating & Conducting Orientation and Internal Safety Inductions/On-boarding of new Contractors (MMC’s).
• Assessing and reviewing Contractor HSE personnel before mobilisation to project sites.
• Company representative on PMT HSE Forum.
• Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices.
• Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulation and procedures.
• Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of division facilities and operations.
• Performs job site safety compliance inspections including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and
prepares written reports and recommendations.
• Ensuring HSE compliance of Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Generating & compiling Safety Reports (Continuous Improvement System entries) divisionally and
departmental. SMS and Safelife systems.
• Compiling & Chairing Safety Meetings.
• Organize observation of labour conditions in work places, work on measures of hazardous and harmful
operation factors, certification work places and operation equipment on compliance to Aramco requirements.
• Organizing inspection, observation of technical condition of facilities, buildings, equipment, buildings, vehicles
and Heavy Equipment on compliance with the company requirements, effectiveness of Fire & ventilation
systems, sanitation conditions, collective and personal protection equipment, control on conducting inspection
on timely manner.
• Field Implementation of the company HSSE procedures, including Incident Reporting, Risk Management and
Emergency Procedures.
• Perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by Department
and Division Heads.
• Monitor the activities of subordinates ensuring compliance with the company policies and objectives
• Participate in incident investigations, corrective action identification, implementation and follow-up.
• Ensure development of department employees’ IDP’s
• Participate in the field work, inspection and assess the situation of site safety daily.
• Investigation and reporting of safety problems in a timely manner accordance with the regulatory provisions.
• Investigate and deal with Safety incidents and provide investigation report in a timely manner.
• Recording the safety conditions at the site and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Conducting and develop all types of HSE documents, also assisting at preparation of the HSE - MS of the company according to company’s philosophy toward the HSE.Inspect and prepare regular reports on the fire and safety systems on all sites, for its operability, maintainability and adequacy in meeting safety engineering standards.
• Safety inspection for all types of equipment's (Generators, Welding machines, hand tools and other facilities) and cranes (daily check list).
• Ensure the availability of (PPE) in suitable amount and quality for use when required.
• Organization training courses in safety means and prevention
