Proactively monitors Searching sales opportunities in new Lusail city and remaining high rise towers in the Pearl.
Conduct product presentation and technical demonstration at site .
Processing Orders /review technical details prior entry to Factory .
Responsible for material once reached Qatar till delivery to customer stores and collection of payments

Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes annually and on quarter year basis.
Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, process consistency and customer satisfaction in the sales planning efforts.
Coordinates planning activities with other business unit functions Supply chain and Accounts.
Supports and Monitor the sales force quotas and ensure they are optimally allocated to all sales channels (Customer, Segment and industry Wise)

Works closely with sales teams to create opportunity, Generate Enquiries, Facilitates process bottlenecks, speedup daily invoicing and payment collection process.
Sales & Applications Activities for DB Air Conditioning Product Range within MENA Region. Generating Selections & Proposals through the specified Territory. Follow up on proposals and orders with our distributors. Processing Order Entry to the concerned Factory. Evaluation of Product Portfolio. Filling up Checksheets and Following up in drawings approval Process, Shipping arrangements, Documents required between factory & Distributor. Currently responsible for (Qatar, Kuwait, Sudan, Syria & Iran).
Obtaining approvals on our products from local authorities in Doha (KAHRAMAA, ASHGAL, Civil Defense & QP). Do market research & studies for new & current products. Study international Standards for the products. Do Marketing activities for DUNHAM BUSH Air Conditioning Products (meeting with consultants, Seminars, Exhibitions, follow up visits with clients...). Contributing in the Supply of DUNHAM BUSH products in some of the Mega Projects like New Doha International Airport (NDIA) & Al-Udied Military Base. Search for new opportunities for business expansion. Sales Activities for Atlantic water heaters, STUDOR products for drainage's ventilation, Crane Pumps, PACIFIC Clarifiers, COES Pipes, VISION groove couplings & fittings and FLAMCO Pipe Support systems.
1- Preparing the required technical data for each our product portofilo.
2- studying the international specification and applying it to our products (CE Mark).
3- Preparing the standards for each components & for each process on the assembly line.
4- applying the international certificates to our products like ISO, CE mark, ....
5- solving the tchnical problems occurs on the production line.
6- study and searches for outsourcing parts from non-local suppliers.
7- Projects planning & Perform feasibility studies.
8- Follwing up project actions & making sure that it goes as planned.
9- Studying Competitors Cost & Prices.
10- Evaluate the performance of the Product and its life Cycle.
