 Surveying the market on regular basis (comepetitors updates) to enhance the companys’ marketing capabilities.
 Developing alternative solutions to enhance the performance of the company for the sake of achieving efficiency of shipping.
 Maintaining excellent relations with strategic and VIP clients.
 Building good relations with all the authorities in the Country
 Monitoring the performance of Logistics, Operations & Financial Departments
 Setting KPIs for the team.
 Reporting to the Country Manager
