Preparing the business plan & budget for the Country .
Setting the Country Sales strategy by trade/ Revenue/ Contribution
Monitoring and review performance of individual sales teams/sales staff, including target results and action plans, business/contribution generated, sales leads, customer satisfaction etc.
Surveying the market on regular basis (comepetitors updates) to enhance the companys’ marketing capabilities.
Developing alternative solutions to enhance the performance of the company for the sake of achieving efficiency of shipping.
Maintaining excellent relations with strategic and VIP clients.
Building good relations with all the authorities in the Country
Monitoring the performance of Logistics, Operations & Financial Departments
Setting KPIs for the team.
Reporting to the Country Manager
Managing and administrating the KA team (Sales & Customer Service).
Promoting, implementing and sustaining in/outbound shipments.
Surveying the market on regular basis (comepetitors updates) to enhance the companys’ marketing capabilities.
Designing & executing the weekly/monthly sales plan.
Setting KPIs for the team.
Maintaining excellent relations with strategic and VIP clients.
Personally monitoring/supervising the performance of the VIP accounts.
Offering technical support to clients if needed.
Offering logistic solutions to clients through our sister company CMA CGM Logistics.
Issuing monthly and quarterly reports of the activities and achievements to Head Office with the needed tools to continue our growth in both volumes and revenue.
Signing medium and long-term clients’ contracts.
Implementing a quarterly staff evaluation.
