Manage and coordinate and supervise the activities of employees to do the various tasks related to the institution
Tasks and responsibilities
Continue to update the human resource plan
Overseeing the planning and organization of the business and activities assigned to administration
Follow all procedures relating to the procedures and benefits for transport-loan-Mandate-annual increases-bonuses-annual reports-promotion-vacations of all kinds-and supervision documented in records and forms
Preparing the agenda of jobs and identify vacancies annually in coordination with relevant departments
Follow-up to the job requirements
Annual reports and take the necessary measures
The organization of labor contracts
Prepare memos for the administration on business
Staff training and supervision of training programs
Develop organizational structures and management of the company

• supervise the maintenance and proper use of offices and places of work and machinery and equipment, furniture and transportation, communication and transportation wired and wireless.
• supervise the cleaning and working on providing all the accessories for all offices and the headquarters of the institution.
• Supervise workers and drivers, guards and organize their work and prepare their own tables periods.
