Performs professional and administrative work in coordinating, directing and supervising human resources services functions in the such areas as recruitment, personnel, Compen. & Ben., corrective actions and disciplinary activities and performs other assignments as required such as in the area of implementing and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems.
