• تحليل الجمهور المستهدف و وضع الخطط و الميزانية
• إختيار أماكن تواجد البضاعة
• متابعة مخزون المنتجات
• عمل العروض الترويجية للمبيعات (للتخلص من مخزون قديم أو ترويج منتج جديد سيتم إستلامه بكميات كبيرة)
• الدعاية و الإعلان
• متابعة تنفيذ التسويق الإلكتروني و تقييم النتائج
مهام إدارة المبيعات :
• تصنيف و استهداف العملاء و ترشيح المنتج المناسب لهم
• إستقطاب المزيد من العملاء و تنمية مبيعات العملاء الحاليين
• إعداد خطط لزيادة المبيعات
• تحليل البيانات و إعداد التقارير حول المبيعات
• متابعة التحصيل
• دراسة إحتياجات العملاء و خلق احتياجات لمنتجات الشركة
Marketing management tasks:
• Carrying out marketing studies and setting the vision and objectives
• Analyzing the company's strengths and weaknesses internally, opportunities and threats externally, and analyzing competitors as well
• Analysis of the target audience and development of plans and budget
• Selection of products and designs
• Pricing and specifications
• Choose Proper locations for the goods
• Dealing with suppliers and making purchase orders
• Follow-up of product inventory
• Make sales promotions (to get rid of old stock or promote a new product that will be received in large quantities)
• publicity and announcement
• Follow up the implementation of e-marketing and evaluate the results
• Visiting major suppliers and major clients
Sales management tasks:
• Classifying of the targeted customers and nominating the appropriate products for them
• Attracting more customers and developing sales of existing customers
• Prepare plans to increase sales
• Analyzing data and preparing sales reports
• Follow-up money collection and credit accounts
• Studying customers' needs and creating needs for the company's products
• Communicate with the Marketing Department to develop products and meet market needs
Project : Maintenance of Jeddah Main Axis Streets - lighting works.

Duties and responsibilities:
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities - Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff - Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers - Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities - Respond to emergency calls for maintenance - Ensure health and safety policies are complied with - Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities and lead the team to deliver effectively - Submitting and revising all documents to consultant and owner.

8 foreman - 16 electrician - 6 boom truck (winch) - 4 pickup car - 2 air compressor with drill - mini truck - excavator - Skid steer loader - compact track loader & asphalt works (third party).

Duties and responsibilities:
Create needs, do site surveys and advice solutions to clients - Receive project Technical Drawing, specification and BOQ - Study and Propose Technical solution based on received Drawing and Specification - Prepare quotation based on proposed solution - Prepare technical submittal based on proposed solution in form of system schematic diagram and single line diagram.
